Are you passionate about Human Relations and all its related fields?

As an intern within the HR Operations Team, you will be involved in the administrative support activities for the organization and you will have the opportunity to set up your career in HR with the guidance of your future colleagues.

• Issuing different types of certificates for the employees;
• HR Call Center management;
• Internal database update and information accuracy;
• Printing medical certificates and preparing insurance house files;
• Printing salary flyers;
• Printing and distributing badges;
• Follow up on project tasks, organize review sessions, interact with global managers;
• Review quality of submitted documents.

• Active student - currently enrolled in University for Bachelor/Master Degree;
• Have good Microsoft Office know-how (focus on Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentations);
• Excellent command of written and verbal English;
• Have a passion for data-driven thinking and have attention to details and high quality of work;
• Have analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Have customer orientation & excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively pass information across various units of the company;
• Have effective organizational abilities & flexibility;
• Creative, eager to learn, curious and proactive mindset;
