Software Engineer (Mid Level)

National Instruments, now the T&M division of Emerson, is seeking to hire a Mid Level Software Engineer to work primarily on DIAdem, which is a data analysis software for post processing of measurement data. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about data search and inspection, data visualization, advanced analysis and automated reporting. 

DIAdem is our high-performance solution for seamless data management, exploration and analysis, revolutionizing data interpretation. With an arsenal of powerful tools for importing, analyzing and visualizing data from any source, DIAdem is the go to choice for engineers, managers and peers seeking actionable results quickly and efficiently. 

Designed for analyzing test and measurement data, our software is being used in over 15000 companies, ranging from automotive and aviation to environmental monitoring and appliance manufacturing. 

Our product is currently undergoing a major technology refresh designed to modernize our platform and introduce new AI-driven capabilities. As a Software Engineer, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping this transformation.

For This Role, You Will Need: 

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent 

• Experience with C++, Python 

• Design desktop/web applications for testability 

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: 

• Experience with Delphi programming language 

• Experience with Visual Basic scripting
