Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Curiosity or drive regarding the Supply Chain and its functions.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
English medium to advanced.

Responsibilities

The Position holder is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain function as an intern in one of the following departments: Accounts Payable, Procurement and Sourcing, Logistics and Customer Service.

Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems and they demonstrate proactive behavior along with a positive outlook, exhibiting initiative and a keen interest in Supply Chain operations.

Your responsibilities within the team can vary from:

Processing invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.
Ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Managing procurement activities, suppliers, and quotations.
Creating Purchase Orders and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Supporting Source-to-Pay processes and procurement systems.
Monitoring inventory, logistics, and documentation flow.
Processing customer orders and handling service requests.
