Role overview

You will coordinate technical bidding and design activities for energy projects, ensuring competitive, compliant and on-time offers. The role has strong exposure to business, clients and decision-making.

Coordination & strategy

• Coordinate the technical bidding and design team

• Define and continuously improve bidding processes

• Prioritize projects, resources and deadlines

Bidding management

• Manage the end-to-end bidding process

• Analyze opportunities and decide on tender participation

• Ensure technical, commercial and regulatory compliance

• Work closely with Sales, Engineering and Project teams

Technical design

• Coordinate and validate technical solutions for energy projects

• Review and approve technical documentation and designs

• Integrate technical and commercial requirements

Stakeholder interaction

• Act as technical interface with clients and partners

• Support Sales in technical discussions

• Report progress and performance to management

What you'll need to succeed:

Experience & education

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical bidding and/or energy design

• At least 3 years in a coordination or management role

• University degree in Electrical / Power / Energy Engineering

Technical & compliance

• ANRE III AB authorization - good to have

• Experience with: AutoCAD, Eplan, PVsyst / PVsol / Helioscope, Dialux

• Experience with public tenders (SEAP / SICAP) is a plus

Skills

• Strong technical and business mindset

• Leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel

• Advanced English
