Requirements

How do you know you are the right fit

Education/Training: High School or University Degree (Economic studies represent an advantage)

Professional experience:
Strong knowledge of principles, practices, regulations and procedures, preferably related to the German market
SAP; MS Office

Languages:
English (mandatory)
German (preferred)

Other: Possesses a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

What will you do

Ensure the timely and accurate performance of all activities in accordance with compliance, internal control, performance, and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements and company policies

Work on received emails and route invoices for validation according to the DTP

Ensure the coding and entering of invoices after the necessary approvals have been acquired
Handle emails, final demands and calls from business units, internal department and vendors

Assure KPIs and SLAs are met

Maintain the relationship with customers and the Accounting Business Partner by participating in regular calls and contributing towards improvement initiatives
