We are looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist who will provide user support, contribute to the smooth operation of IT systems, and handle networking-related tasks, working closely with internal teams.

What will your role include?

• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, remote access, or onsite assistance

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents, escalating complex cases when necessary

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and peripheral equipment

• Administer user accounts, access rights, and IT resources according to internal procedures

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including workstations, network devices, VPN, and Wi-Fi services

• Ensure IT security by applying updates, maintaining backups, documenting interventions, and supporting GDPR compliance

What makes you a good fit for this role?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

• Familiarity with general operating systems, programming languages, and software.

• Advanced level of English.

• Very good communication skills.
