    Requirements

    What typically gives a good starting point for a Junior Business Intelligence Specialist?

    Understanding of relational databases, SQL, or some other programming language
    Understanding of Qlik Sense, or other BI tools (such as PowerBI or Tableau)
    Strong desire to serve and support customers
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Independent working style and taking ownership of what you do
    Ability to learn quickly and pick up new software
    Great communication skills and fluency in English (other language skills are appreciated)
    Also, basic understanding of the Procurement/Finance context is a plus

    Responsibilities

    About the role

    As a Junior Business Intelligence Specialist, you will:

    Serve our diverse customer base and support all the different solutions we offer
    Be the first in line tackling the challenges our customers have, advising them when they have questions about our software
    Troubleshoot data flow issues and implement configuration changes to dashboards, charts and KPIs using SQL and Qlik Sense
    Actively communicate with customers in writing through our support platform and occasionally participate in client meetings
    Resolve support requests on your own or by cooperating with teammates and other teams like Customer Success Managers, Data Engineers, Data Managers and Software Developers
    Take part in the continuous development of our internal processes and ways-of-working
    Work mainly during the daytime, but be available for evening shifts that end at 1 am to offer support for our customers in the Americas

    About the team

    We are now looking for Junior Business Intelligence Specialists (internal title: Solution Support Specialist) to join our Solution Support team in Bucharest!

    Solution Support is a driven, customer-focused, team that ensures our clients get the best out of Sievo’s Analytics. With team members across all locations in Bucharest, Helsinki, and Chicago we offer support to our global customer base with operative issues and questions, as well as design and implement more complex technical functionalities.
