Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred).
• 5 years of experience in technical or B2B sales, ideally in construction materials or industrial products.
• Good understanding of the construction sector and installation systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both technical and commercial.
• Fluent in Romanian and English.
• Confident user of MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and represent KOUVIDIS products to engineers, contractors, installers, and construction companies.
• Provide technical support and hands-on training to customers before and after sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with engineering offices and project consultants.
• Visit construction sites and distributors regularly to stay close to the market.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market development in Romania.
• Collaborate with the Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure unified communication and brand consistency.
• Monitor competitors and share insights on market trends and opportunities.
• Keep track of activities and client interactions through CRM tools.
