#VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFutureAbout this Role We are seeking an experienced Physical Security professional to deliver day-to-day security operations across assigned Vodafone locations. The individual will be responsible for conducting site risk assessments, implementing mitigation measures, managing access control, overseeing third-party providers, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and responding to security incidents. This role safeguards Vodafone's physical security environment and strengthens overall business resilience.What you will do

• Conduct physical site risk assessments, design mitigation measures, and collaborate with Facilities, Operations and Network teams to ensure complete security alignment.
• Oversee access control rights for assigned locations and lead incident response, including investigations into breaches or emerging threats.
• Ensure full compliance with Vodafone security policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Manage third-party security service providers and contractors in line with agreed SLAs.
• Monitor physical security trends and threats relevant to assigned sites and provide regular insights and reports to senior management.

Who you are

• 3 to 5 years of experience in physical security operations with proven exposure in corporate, tech, critical infrastructure or similar environments.
• Skilled in conducting risk assessments and managing incident response activities.
• Effective in managing third-party service providers and ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong practical problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with ISO 27001 physical security controls and local regulatory requirements.
