    What will your role involve?

    As a key partner to top management, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization:

    • Organizing and coordinating meetings, business trips, and other activities of the CEO;
    • Preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions;
    • Drafting reports and meeting minutes, with a strong focus on key actions and priorities;
    • Building and maintaining effective relationships with the management team and internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration;
    • Managing communication with external partners and clients related to meetings and joint initiatives;
    • Reviewing documents submitted to the CEO to ensure compliance with internal procedures;
    • Organizing, managing, and archiving important and confidential documents.

    What makes you a great fit for this role?

    You thrive in dynamic environments, think ahead, and bring clarity and structure wherever you go and also have:

    • Completed higher education, preferably in business, communication, or management-related fields;
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;
    • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English;
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
    • Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills;
    • Availability for domestic and/or international travel, when required.
