As a Marketing Intern, you’ll dive into the fast paced world of brand building and campaign execution. You’ll be part of a team that turns ideas into real consumer experiences, supporting daily marketing activities and helping ensure our brand messages shine consistently across every channel. It’s a hands on opportunity to learn how campaigns come to life—from the first spark of an idea to the moment they reach the market—and to play a meaningful role in how people connect with our products.

The impact you’ll make:

•    Drive marketing activities across multiple channels, including digital, internal communication, and campaigns.
•    Strengthen campaign execution by coordinating and supporting marketing initiatives from start to finish.
•    Elevate our communication tools by preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
•    Enhance brand visibility by supporting content creation and adapting materials for various platforms.
•    Enable smooth collaboration by coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
•    Improve decision making by tracking marketing activities, performance indicators, and campaign results.
•    Optimize our marketing operations by maintaining and updating databases, materials, and documentation.
•    Support the team’s efficiency by providing general administrative and operational assistance.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

•    Strong organizational and coordination skills
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
•    Good analytical skills and attention to detail
•    Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
•    Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills
•    Fluency in Romanian and intermediate level of English
•    Previous internship or academic experience in marketing is an asset
•    Experience with digital marketing tools or social media platforms is an asset
•    Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools is an asset
•    Experience working in an international or corporate environment is an asset
•    Basic understanding of marketing principles is an asset
•    Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP is an asset
