By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00, in a hybrid way of working from Bucharest or Brasov.

Skills that make your work successful:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus;
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience;
- Good command of Hungarian and English (B2 level), both spoken and written;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsabilitati

How you will make an impact:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment process for the internal needs posting, preselecting candidates, phone and face-to-face interviews;
- Identifying suitable candidates according to the desired profile;
- Using headhunting and direct search techniques, cold calling, and networking to track down suitable candidates;
- Posting job positions on internal and external job markets and sending confirmations;
- Performing daily screening of incoming applications;
- Evaluating applicants if they meet the position requirements and rejecting candidates if the minimum requirements are not met;
- Collecting feedback from the hiring manager, scheduling meetings with the candidates who remained on the shortlist;
- Giving the final feedback to the candidates.
