• Coordinate and Supervise: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify and address issues.
• Develop Maintenance Schedules: Create and enforce maintenance schedules to ensure timely and effective maintenance activities.
• Organize Repairs: Manage and prioritize repair and maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Preventative Maintenance: Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs to reduce the risk of equipment failure.
• Training and Mentoring: Assist in the hiring, training, and development of new team members.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company policies.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability when needed.
• Communication: Coordinate with other departments to schedule and plan maintenance activities.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Team Leader or similar role;
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment;
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
