    Qualifications
    • 1- 3 years previous similar work experience: maintenance of IT applications;
    • Proactive and results-oriented attitude;
    • Software testing experience is an advantage;
    • Knowledge of Linux is an advantage;
    • Knowledge of SQL scripting is an advantage;
    • Experience in an application support position is an advantage;
    • Medium to advance English;

    Responsabilitati

    We are looking for a hands-on Testing & Support Engineer Level 1 to provide support to internal users for IT applications used within our IT Enterprise Applications Dev/Op Department.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Creation of users within the applications;
    • Performing functional testing;
    • Support in creating test scenarios and diagnosing complex problems;
    • Investigation of software incidents and problems;
    • Providing support to internal users for insurance applications;
    • Forwarding complex incidents to the Level 2 support team;
