    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, or Business Administration, or a related field;
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment for different geographical locations;
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, on all levels within the organization, including C-level
    management;
    • Fluent in French and English, another European language is a plus;
    • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, and proficiency in Workday;
    • Ability to manage high volume of requisitions, prioritise effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a team;
    • Open Communication & Influence – You build trust with hiring managers, communicate clearly at every stage of the
    recruitment process,and engage candidates effectively;
    • Data-Driven Decision-Making – You monitor recruitment KPIs to drive improvements, enhance sourcing effectiveness, and
    demonstrate return on investment;
    • Continuous Learning & Innovation – You take initiative to refine recruitment processes, adopt new sourcing techniques, and
    contribute to organisational agility.

    Responsibilities

    As a Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for leading and driving the talent acquisition approach for Ayvens HQ offices (Amsterdam, Paris, Luxembourg, Dublin, and Madrid), with a primary focus on roles based in Paris.
    The role plays a key part in shaping recruitment direction by partnering closely with senior hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure hiring activities are aligned with business priorities and long term workforce needs. You will provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition topics, ensure consistency and quality across recruitment processes, and contribute to building strong, sustainable talent pipelines for HQ.
    You will report in the Global HR director for HQ.


    Responsabilities:

    • Acting as the main point of contact for hiring managers in your domain, developing tailored recruitment strategies for the
    different roles;
    • Lead and coordinate end to end recruitment activities across HQ locations, ensuring a high standard of delivery from role
    intake to offer acceptance;
    • Executing recruitment campaigns, including optimising job postings, leveraging social media channels, attending relevant
    events, and using targeted job boards;
    • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key and hard to fill positions, ensuring future hiring readiness;
    • Oversee and continuously improve recruitment processes, policies, and tools, promoting best practices and operational
    efficiency;
    • Provide guidance and standards on applicant tracking system usage (Workday), ensuring accurate data, smooth
    workflows, and positive candidate experience;
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on recruitment KPIs (e.g. time to hire, sourcing effectiveness, pipeline health), using insights to
    drive continuous improvement;
    • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and ensure a consistent and engaging candidate experience across all HQ
    locations.
