What defines you:
•Bachelor’s degree in Economics;
•1-3 years of experience, preferably in consulting;
•Solid accounting and fiscal knowledge;
•Intermediate level of English and Excel, with a willingness to learn new digital tools;
•Strong self-management and organizational skills;
•Adaptable to different business contexts and client needs.

Responsabilitati

You career journey at BDO:

As an Accounting Consultant at BDO you will develop the appropriate skills and knowledge for performing the following activities:
•Understand client organization dynamics to identify specific accounting needs and provide strategic insights;
•Perform accounting operations, including bookkeeping, trial balances, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements;
•Ensure compliance with local regulations and support clients in meeting reporting deadlines, including audits and regulatory inspections;
•Review junior colle agues, promoting accountability, trust, and proactive problem-solving;
•Improve, alongside the team, client services and internal workflows through process optimization and digital transformation projects.
