We are now looking for a Data & BI Consultant (internal title: Solution Consultant) to join our Professional Services team in Bucharest.
Our Professional Services teams are the ones who bring Sievo to life for our customers. We are the ones creating the integrations to our customers’ and 3rd party data sources, enriching the data and implementing world-class procurement analytics. This means working with the world’s largest companies and their massive volumes of transactional data, as well as with external data providers for market indexes, risk, sustainability, diversity, CO2 emissions, and more.
What we’re looking for from you
Consultative, customer-first attitude – you are eager to partner closely with clients and understand their business
Excellent communication and presentation skills – you are a convincing and confident communicator having the ability to facilitate workshops, lead customer meetings and guide customers through solutions
Analytical mindset, structured working style, and ability to work with large data sets
Taking ownership over your own tasks, having drive to get things done, and being proactive in everything you do
Some hands-on experience with SQL (from studies, projects, internships, or work) – you are able to write basic queries and joins, and you have the curiosity to develop your skills further
Familiarity with BI / data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI or Tableau
Courage to question things and to speak up – we believe development comes from challenging the status quo
Readiness for occasional travel to customer sites for meetings and workshops
Fluency in English (other language skills are appreciated)
Extra points for
Previous experience in finance / procurement domains or understanding the basics of supply chain management
Consulting, project work and/or SaaS experience
Responsibilities
In this role, you will
Set up and configure Sievo software together with your project team to match customers’ requirements
Run meetings and facilitate workshops where you gather customer requirements and walk them through solutions
Work hands-on with SQL (transforming and analyzing data) and Qlik Sense to configure the analytics layer of the product
Train users to draw insights from Sievo and feel confident in using the solutions in their daily workflow
Share learnings and customer feedback with your project team as well as with other internal stakeholders to improve ways of working and develop our product functionalities further

This is a full-time position and offers a great opportunity for those eager to partner closely with customers while diving into data and analytics. The starting salary ranges between 7 000-11 000 RON/net per month depending on skills and experience. Sievo has a hybrid working model, and candidate is expected to be based in Bucharest.
