Requirements

For our business partner, a leading integrator of national and European critical infrastructure, we are seeking a detail‑oriented and dedicated IT Business Analyst to join their team.

In this role, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technology, translating complex requirements into clear IT strategies that drive successful project delivery and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, analyze processes, and contribute to designing solutions that have a real impact across critical systems.

Location: Bucharest (near Grozăvești metro station)

Schedule: Full‑time, on‑site role

What We’re Looking For

A university degree is a plus, preferably in IT or a technical field, but it is not mandatory. Relevant professional experience can substitute for formal studies.

Minimum 2 years if you have worked on projects with public institutions, or a minimum of 5 years if your experience is in the private sector

Strong knowledge of SQL and databases.

Experience with Java applications and Oracle databases (preferred).

Familiarity with software development standards and methodologies.

Ability to understand technical language and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Partner with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.

Analyze business processes and propose optimization strategies.

Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver real value.

Prepare technical and business studies, user documentation, and testing scenarios.

Test new functionalities and support acceptance testing before release.

Monitor deliverables and ensure projects are completed on time.

Continuously improve procedures and contribute to building reliable, future‑proof systems.
