    Requirements

    We’re looking for a Technical Sales Manager who is driven, customer‑focused, and confident working with technical products, for our global technology partner, a company known for advanced measurement, inspection, and industrial optimization systems that support digital transformation and boost performance in modern manufacturing environments.

    This is a full‑remote role, offering maximum flexibility, while your client portfolio will primarily cover Cluj, Oradea, and the Northern region of Romania.

    You’ll lead business development across these areas, promoting portable 3D measurement and inspection solutions and the software that powers them.

    Requirements

    Degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field.

    Experience in technical sales, ideally in metrology, industrial equipment, or precision manufacturing.

    Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.

    Proven ability to coordinate or motivate sales activities to achieve commercial goals.

    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    Fluency in Romanian and good command of English (minimum B2).

    Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently across the region.

    Responsibilities

    Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships across the assigned region.

    Manage the entire sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, customer visits, technical demonstrations, quotations, negotiations, and closing.

    Achieve or exceed annual sales targets for equipment and related services.

    Coordinate the preparation of commercial offers for portable measurement systems.

    Plan and deliver customer demos, participate in trade fairs, and support marketing initiatives.

    Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure reliable forecasting and pipeline visibility.

    Stay up to date with product developments, market trends, and competitor activity.

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and post‑sales follow‑up.
