About the Program

Our Graduate Program is more than a learning path - it's a journey where you will work on real business cases and have a direct impact on business results.

What Can You Expect?

• Career Path: Start with a permanent contract from day one. Over 12 months, experience two rotations across departments and transition into a landing role where you can continue to grow.

• Training & Development: Access project management training designed to strengthen your ability to lead and deliver results. Plus, explore a wide range of learning opportunities through our Digital PayTech University to keep building your skills and knowledge.

• Impact & Networking: Contribute to real business solutions and expand your network by working alongside talented colleagues and senior leaders from across Europe.

Who We are Looking For

If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply:

• You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate by June 2026 with a master’s degree in Engineering, STEM disciplines, Economics, Business, Marketing, Law, or related fields, and are available to work full-time.

• You are fluent in Italian and English.

• You bring international experience, whether through study, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment.

• You are a career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.

• You have the legal right to work in Italy (e.g., residency, visa).

• You are committed, curious, and eager to take ownership of projects while thriving in a team environment.

• You see formal training as just the beginning and aim to make a difference in everything you do.
