    Role Purpose: 

    Lead and implement the coffee business strategy within the Away-from-Home DSD channel at a regional level, ensuring growth in volume, revenue, and profitability through effective planning, team leadership, and distributor management. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Develop and implement the regional coffee business strategy for the Away-from-Home channel, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. 
    • Lead Business Planning (BP AFH plan) and Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability. 
    • Manage distributor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards. 
    • Drive sales performance by setting clear targets and monitoring progress against KPIs for volume, revenue, and profitability. 
    • Lead and coach teams (Coffee Ambassadors and Third-Party partners) to deliver exceptional execution and customer engagement. 
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly. 
    • Ensure operational excellence in execution of promotional campaigns, merchandising, and customer activation programs. 
    • Manage budgets for DME (Direct Marketing Expenses) and CAPEX, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI. 

    Essential Criteria: 

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred). 
    • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in coffee or beverages. 
    • Strong knowledge of RTM strategies and distributor management. 
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams. 
    • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable plans. 
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. 
    • Results-oriented mindset. 
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
    • High level of adaptability and resilience.
