DevTalks is the largest expo-conference in the region dedicated to software developers and tech professionals. We are at the 13th edition, taking place on June 3rd-4th 2026, and we are expecting 10.000 IT experts from Romania and beyond — innovators and industry leaders shaping the future of tech.

Through DevTalks Romania, we create the space where expertise meets curiosity, ideas turn into conversations, and meaningful connections happen.

Have you been involved in NGOs, student organizations, or volunteer projects in HR, Sales, or Marketing?

Are you eager to sharpen both your soft and hard skills while working on real, large-scale events?

What You’ll Do:

As an Event Ambassador, you’ll be at the heart of our community and:

• Connect directly with potential participants and share the DevTalks mission and exciting news
• Research and manage databases, analyzing responses and engagement
• Write and send compelling promotional messages across multiple channels
• Get direct experience with event marketing, communication, and management
• Offer continuous input to shape a greater participants’ experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, PR & Communication, or related fields
• English proficiency (minimum B2) — our community is international
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A friendly, proactive, team-oriented attitude
• Results-driven mindset with solid time-management skills and resilience
• Fluent Romanian (spoken and written)
