ROLE:
- The Junior Brand Manager supports the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance visibility, drive growth, and strengthen market presence. Working closely with senior brand managers, marketing, and sales teams, this role ensures that brand initiatives are effectively implemented across all channels.
- Assist in developing and executing brand strategies and marketing plans.
- Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations across HoReCa, retail, and wholesale channels.
- Monitor brand performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, POS materials, and digital content.
- Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to ensure consistent brand execution at the point of sale.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all communications align with the company’s positioning and values.
- Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and other partners as needed.
- Track campaign effectiveness and prepare regular reports for senior management.
We prefer our ideal candidate to have the following experience:
- BA is a must;
- Extracurricular experience is a must (volunteer in a student organization should do it);
- >3 years experience in similar position is a must;
- International experience is a plus (Erasmus, exchange, internship etc.);
- MS Office is a must;
- Driving License is a must (B);
- Language Required: Romanian, English,
- Interest in working in a fast-growing company;
- Proven ability to work independently, without supervision and achieve its goals;
- Habit of leadership proof; We are interested in any form of leadership. From initiatives at work (professional or extracurricular) to leading any type of teams. In essence, we are looking for evidence of your potential.
- Analytical skills; We expect to solve both complex and uncomplicated problems and concepts, and make decisions based on available information.

- Attention to detail;
- The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about your products and markets;
