JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

ROLE:

• The Junior Accountant supports the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and contributing to the smooth operation of daily financial activities.

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
• Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts.
• Assist with payroll processing and related documentation.
• Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
• Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information as needed.

• Last year of university, BA is preferred;
• Extracurricular experience is a must (volunteer in a student organization should do it);
• >1 years experience in accounting working inventory and production is a must;
• Knowledge about accounting closing activities is a must.
• International experience is a plus (Erasmus, exchange, internship etc.);
• MS Office is a must;
• Driving License is a must (B);
• Language Required: Romanian, English.
