SaaS Integration Experience: 3+ years integrating and supporting large SaaS platforms (Workday, Salesforce, etc.) with strong understanding of multi-system workflows and data flows.

Low/No-Code Automation: Skilled in Power Automate, Alteryx, and similar tools; able to build efficient workflows, automations, and process optimizations.

Workday Functional Knowledge: Experience configuring, testing, and supporting Workday modules, integrations, and reports/dashboards; collaborate with consultants on major Workday rollouts.

Analytical & Troubleshooting Skills: Diagnose and resolve complex issues across multiple systems; Tier 2/3 support experience.

Technical Documentation: Produce integration mappings, configuration documents, and automation logic diagrams.

Communication & Stakeholder Management: Effectively engage with internal teams and consultants to deliver integrated solutions.

Responsabilitati

Support the initial Workday rollout by partnering with our implementation consultants and cross-functional team to properly configure, test, and support critical system functionality and integrations.
Implement and manage efficient automation processes using tools like Power Automate and Alteryx. Customize Workday processes to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards using out of the box reporting tools.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for application issues escalated from the help desk and coordinate with vendors on complex issues.
Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including integration mappings, automation logic, configuration settings, and support procedures. Create clear technical specifications and user-guides for any Workday customizations or integrations implemented, to aid in knowledge transfer and onboarding of future team members.
