Cerinte

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
At least 5 years professional software development experience, with recent hands-on expertise in AI/ML, GenAI and supporting ecosystem (Azure Cloud, Vector Search, LangChain/Graph).
Advanced understanding of Python application architecture, including sync / async workers (celery/topics/queues).
Strong understanding of Web Application Architecture including ReactJS and SPA Applications.
Eagerness to continuously learn, teach and deliver.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
Familiarity with data infrastructure and the latest industry standards for data security and privacy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective articulation of complex ideas and collaboration across departments.

Responsabilitati

The client is seeking an AI/ML Engineer who will help deliver AI centric solutions to solve complex business challenges, enabling our teams to work smarter and more efficiently. This role is a hands-on engineering role, using the latest advancements and frameworks to enhance our analytical capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and support better-informed investment decisions. Expertise with traditional AI & Machine learning as well as cloud native and full stack development is a must.

Work with business users to understand their needs, gaps and opportunities and able to convert their needs into working production quality code.
Work with UI designers and front end development team to integrate AI capabilities into a best in class user experience / workflows.
Support, maintain and handle feedback to continuously improve and enhance the latest AI technology.
Evolve and improve AI software stack, keeping up on latest models/frameworks and tooling.
Prototype AI/ML-driven solutions and integrations with third-party APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI), vendor products, and open-source frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
Oversee technical feasibility studies and proof-of-concept projects to validate the potential impact of AI/ML solutions.
Manage the integration of tools with existing business processes and data sources.
Ensure the quality and efficiency of automations through robust development practices and standards.
Coordinate with internal development and infrastructure teams to facilitate access to necessary data and systems for AI/ML tools.
