    ROLE:

    • Responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales, and identifying growth opportunities across assigned accounts. Implement trade marketing to increase brand visibility.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Coordinate and assist distributors new sales efforts (i.e. listing new clients, negotiate with the new clients, inventory management supervision etc.);
    • Monitors clients’ orders and stock levels;
    • Presents and directly promotes the products to potential and existing clients;
    • Continuously researches the market to identify new clients and increase the market share of the products in the assigned area;
    • Maintains constant communication with existing clients to ensure their loyalty;
    • Identify any complain/problem from each PoS in your geography and solve the issues;
    • Collect Customer, HORECA and Distributor feedback;
    • Collect information about competition movements;
    • Implements marketing activities, including the use of promotional materials for products/brands;
    • Willingness to travel internationally is required.
    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED:

    We prefer our ideal candidate to have the following experience:
    • BA is a must;
    • Extracurricular experience is a must (volunteer in a student organization should do it);
    • >3 years experience in Sales HIGH HoReCa is a plus;
    • >1 year experience in managing a geography is a plus;
    • International sales experience is a plus;
    • Experience in HoReCa with Alternative Products in Transilvania is a plus;
    • International experience is a plus (Erasmus, exchange, internship etc.);
    • MS Office is a must;
    • Driving License is a must (B);
    • Language Required: Romanian, English – are a must, Hungarian – strongly preferred.
