Qualifications

oSimilar experience in the automotive field minimum 2 years;

oKnowledge of production planning and tracking is an advantage, ERP;

oMTM (Methods-Time Measurement)-UAS (Universal Analysis System) certificate is an advantage;

oWell-organized, spontaneous and initiative-minded person;

oAbility to work in a global team;

oWell-developed communication skills;

oAbility to technical analysis and find solutions;

oGood communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

oManufacturing Production Process Engineering focuses on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods including:

oDesigning arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout

oDesigning the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions

oConducting tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting/solving production problems

oProviding guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques

o Ensuring that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations

oProject Management

oCoordination between industrialization, logistics, production (incl. handover from manufacturing engineer to series planner)
