IA VE/CE Sourcing Leader

As a IA VE/CE Sourcing Leader, you will be part of the IA VE/CE COE team focusing on aligning sourcing leaders across Strategic Business Groups (SBGs) by standardizing processes, best practices, and ideation pipelines, particularly around component and supplier opportunities leading to value engineering (VE) and component engineering (CE).

You will be accountable for cross functional and business alignment, driving strategic initiatives, to improve productivity & to increase quality of the ideas which are the core of our productivity pipeline, as well as leading and develop a talented team of professionals and supervisors.

You will work effectively across geographical boundaries and act as a change agent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver productivity savings for the SBG hitting AOP targets 
• Focal point for Sourcing teams for any topic SBG VECE related
• Drive change and maturity across different processes, cross pollinating best practices across IA GBE and supporting standardization
• Lead special projects (component level consolidation, tariff mitigation, inflation parts, PPL/PSL alignments which lead to productivity, etc where ideation crosses GBE or SBG boundaries.)
• Help to identify new levers in collaboration with VECE Team and Policy Compliance Leader

Qualifications

• Engineering or Business degree (Bachelor /Master)
• 10+ years Experience managing projects, teams, sourcing and/or engineering activities
• Experience in an industrial environment of large global organization
• Exceptional Change, Process, Data and Analytics Skills
• 5+ years of experience in any business aligned to Honeywell relevance (HBT, SPS, AERO, HPS)
• Nice to have: Six Sigma Black Belt, proven experience on Honeywell sourcing or engineering processes and Demonstrable experience of leading by influence across functions and regions)
