About the Role

We are looking for highly proficient finance experts who can help train AI systems to interpret, analyze, and solve complex reasoning problems. This role involves designing challenging financial scenarios, evaluating model responses, and providing constructive feedback to improve AI performance.

What You Will Be Doing

• Developing complex, graduate-level finance problems that AI models typically struggle to solve

• Creating challenging prompts that elicit reasoning failures from AI

• Building rigorous grading rubrics that define what constitutes a high-quality answer

• Writing model answers that meet all rubric criteria and demonstrate expert-level reasoning

• Providing clear, actionable feedback to improve AI-generated responses

• Assessing peer submissions with accuracy and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s or PhD in Finance or a related discipline (students currently enrolled are welcome)

• Deep subject-matter expertise and the ability to craft complex, high-rigor finance problems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience creating structured questions, solutions, and evaluations

• High attention to detail in assessing reasoning quality

• Fluency / high proficiency in English

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• Earn up to $50 USD per hour, paid weekly

• Rate varies based on quality, accuracy, and time spent

• Payments available through PayPal and AirTM

Work Flexibility

• Fully remote role

• Flexible time commitment: 5–10 hours/week, with the option to work up to 40 hours/week
