    Requirements

    • University degree in Economics or Finance
    • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in local and international accounting
    • Strong working knowledge of Excel
    • Work experience in InforLN or other ERP systems
    • Fluent in English
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
    • Clear, structured communication and reporting skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
    • Highly organized, process-oriented, and detail-focused
    • Proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare, review, and submit monthly tax declarations
    • Prepare and submit monthly reports to relevant institutions
    • Record revenue by verifying and inputting transactions in the system
    • Review and post deferred income and expense accruals
    • Coordinate and assist with month-end closing activities to meet reporting deadlines
    • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies in collaboration with relevant departments
    • Provide support to related financial areas: accounts payable, receivable, and fixed assets
    • Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and related records
    • Communicate proactively with management regarding issues or irregularities
    • Perform regular audits to ensure the accuracy of ledger information
    • Act as the main liaison for interactions with state authorities
    • Be the key point of contact for bank-related operations
    • Assist in internal and external audit processes
    • Carry out other finance-related duties as assigned by management

    Other info

    • Gross salary range: 22,000 – 28,000 RON (approx. 12,870 – 16,380 RON net)
    • Company car and fuel card for commuting purposes
    • Meal vouchers worth 30 RON/day
    • Holiday bonuses
    • On-site position only, working hours: 08:00 – 16:30
    • Work location: approximately 20 km from Pitești, near Curtea de Argeș.
