    We're looking for a Customer Advocate who can make a real difference! Are you a proactive, customer-focused individual who loves helping people find the perfect solution? We're a dynamic team looking for someone to guide our small business customers through their price plan upgrades, making sure their experience is not just seamless, but genuinely awesome.

    You're a natural at communication and have a knack for sales. You're empathetic, can explain tricky stuff in a simple way, and get excited about coming up with fresh, creative ideas for engaging with customers. If you thrive on collaborating with a team to ensure customer satisfaction and want to help shape the customer journey, we can't wait to meet you!

    Responsabilitati

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Upgrade Guru: You'll be the go-to expert for helping customers navigate their price plan options. Through email and Zoom, you'll talk with them, learn about their business needs, and recommend the best upgrades.
    • Customer Communicator Extraordinaire: You'll be the main point of contact, keeping customers in the loop from their first question to their final confirmation. You'll break down complex details about new plans, including features, benefits, and billing changes, so it's all crystal clear.
    • The Ultimate Advocate: You'll be the customer's biggest fan, making sure their upgrade journey is a positive one that meets their needs and expectations. You'll help them see how the new plan will benefit them, guiding them to the best possible option.
