Cerinte

• 3+ years of experience in software requirements engineering in the automotive or equivalent industry
• Strong understanding of software requirements engineering methodologies and tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion)
• Experience with modeling languages (e.g., UML, SysML) and requirements management tools
• Knowledge of software development processes
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
• Familiarity with automotive standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE) is a plus

Responsabilitati

• Analyze and document software requirements for automotive software systems
• Collaborate with customers, product owners, and development teams to clarify needs and priorities
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Validate requirements through reviews
• Support the project team in understanding requirements
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and best practices
