    We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.About this Role We are seeking a skilled professional to manage second-line operations for Mobile Data and Voice Platforms in a multi-vendor environment. This role focuses on preventive and corrective troubleshooting to ensure service continuity and rapid restoration for Packet and Voice Core Network elements. You will collaborate closely with first-line operations teams, perform data configuration, software rollouts, and support integration activities with planning and delivery functions.What you'll do Provide troubleshooting and repair actions during incidents, including vendor escalation, to restore service performance.Conduct proactive maintenance activities such as daily walkthroughs and health checks for Packet and Voice Core components.Resolve network-related customer complaints within SLA, including tracing and debugging across Packet/Voice Core elements (AAA, PCRF/NPC, DSR/DRA).Perform complex traffic and end-to-end service trend analysis, including protocol analysis.Share knowledge to enhance technical skills across teams and support onboarding of new technologies through vendor and on-the-job training.Assist with planned work activities, upgrades, and service request implementations to maintain quality and avoid regressions.What skills you will learn Advanced troubleshooting and protocol analysis across complex mobile networks.Integration and upgrade processes for Packet and Voice Core components.Automation and scripting skills for network operationsWho you are

    Strong understanding of mobile core protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP, GTP, Radius, Diameter, LDAP, SIGTRAN, RANAP, GMM).
    Skilled in end-to-end Packet Switch network analysis, troubleshooting, and interpreting traces (Wireshark, network element logs).
    Good knowledge of mobile network architectures (2G/4G/5G, VoLTE, NB IoT) and experience with major vendor technologies (Nokia, Ericsson, Cisco, Huawei, ENEA).
    Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
    Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (spoken and written).
    University degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Information Technology.
    Hands-on experience with Packet/Voice Core elements (AGW, EPG, AAA, NPC/PCRF, DSR/DRA).
    Scripting knowledge (Linux, Python, Ansible) is desirable.
