Job Description

As a Vehicle Operations internship, you will support the team in managing operational and administrative tasks related to company vehicles and parking facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with vehicle-related processes and maintaining basic knowledge about cars and their documentation.

• Coordinating with insurance companies to ensure proper coverage and compliance for company vehicles.

• Preparing and participating in discussions with senior management, providing clear updates and reports on facility and security matters.

• Managing parking schedules and reservations to optimize space usage and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program (Engineering faculty preferably);
• Driving license and experience it's a must;
• Basic understanding of vehicles and automotive processes;
• Strong communication skills for interacting with external partners (insurance companies) and internal stakeholders;
• Ability to prepare concise reports and communicate effectively with senior management;
• Organizational skills to manage parking schedules and facility-related tasks;
• Detail-oriented and proactive;
• Comfortable working in a corporate environment with multiple stakeholders;
• Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt;
• English - fluent;
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools.
