Requirements
University degree, preferably in a technical or economic field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in databases, reporting, or data analysis tools.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel) and a good understanding of BI tools; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Good understanding of the commercial operating environment, including basic financial and commercial acumen.
Responsibilities
As a Reporting Associate, you will:
Develop and maintain reports to monitor business KPIs, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
Implement agreed improvements to existing reports and support the translation of commercial needs into technical reporting requirements.
Update, check, and validate weekly and monthly reports.
Provide clear recommendations based on performance tracking and impact analyses (e.g., launches, price changes, marketing activities).
Collaborate with GBS to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
