    Job Description

    The Head of HR Digitalisation will lead the strategic transformation of HR through advanced digital technologies, AI-driven solutions, and automation. This role is responsible for defining and executing the HR digitalisation roadmap, leveraging artificial intelligence, process automation, and existing HR systems to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Leadership

    • Develop and implement the HR Digitalisation Strategy, aligned with overall business objectives and HR IT
    • Define and drive the AI Strategy for HR, including Chatbots, generative AI, and machine learning applications.
    • Enable a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and workflow automation roadmap for HR processes.
    • Digital Transformation Projects
    • Act as program lead for a serious of projects and ensure delivery of HR digitalisation projects
    • Oversee vendor selection and management for digital HR platforms and AI solutions in close alignment with HR IT.
    • Ensure platform approach for HR tool landscape

    Change Management & Governance

    • Champion digital adoption across HR and the wider organization through training and communication.
    • Enable HR and employees to handle chatbots, AI agents, RPA workflows
    • Establish governance for data privacy, ethical AI use, and compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, etc.).

    Qualifications

    • Education: Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Experience:

    o 10+ years in HR leadership roles, with at least 5 years in HR technology or digital transformation.

    o Proven track record of implementing HR Software.

    • Technical Skills:

    o Expertise in HR systems and platforms

    o Experience with RPA tools, AI platforms

    o Strong understanding of cloud-based HR solutions

    • Soft Skills:

    o Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management.

    o Strong project management and change leadership capabilities.

    o Experience with vendor management
