Job Description

As a Facility & Security Internship, you will support the daily operations of our office by ensuring a clean, safe, and wellorganized environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Cleaning & Facility Management

• Coordinate and oversee cleaning staff to ensure workplace hygiene and order;

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards across all office areas;

• Report facility issues and support in resolving them promptly.

Security & Administrative Support

• Assist with administrative tasks related to security procedures;

• Help manage documentation when employees resign (e.g., collecting badges, equipment);

• Take photos and maintain records for security purposes;

• Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external staff;
• Availability to work full time (8h/day) onsite at the office;
• Currently enrolled as a student at a technical faculty.
