    Cerinte

    Solid experience in working with operations flows, warehouse and transport;
    Experience in working with warehouse management systems, both back office and front office, and delivery solutions;
    Willingness to work from our warehouse (Ștefăneștii de Jos, Ilfov), to observe and identify improvement opportunities within both the warehouse and transport teams;
    Business analysis and project management skills;
    Experience in working with both technical teams and operational teams;
    Ensure all tasks are completed on time, without delays;
    Ability to learn quickly and understand complex business processes;
    Well organized, eager to learn, self-driven and motivated;
    Strong Excel knowledge;
    Knowledge of any SQL language;
    Proficiency in English.

    Responsabilitati

    Warehouse and transport operation flows analysis and projects implementation;
    Create and maintain documentation for warehouse and transport processes and systems used;
    Become a "feature promoter" and provide support for key teams in using operations systems and flows (warehouse, transport, platforms support, external and internal technical teams);
    Analyzing data and finding issues that cause problems in the system (root cause identification, coordinating involved parties in assessing impact and finding a solution as well as tracking the implementation);
    Owning and leading analysis workshops with both operational and technical teams;
    Writing functional specification resulting from analysis workshops;
    Define project success metrics;
    Provide support to external development teams during project implementation;
    Test implementations (local and integrated testing);
    Create and execute release plans, coordinating with development and operational teams to ensure a timely and successful project release;
    Organize and participate in UAT and hyper care after project implementation;
    Monitor project success metrics;
    Identify and manage risks related to the project delivery, making informed decisions to mitigate potential issues;
    Understand, identify and manage cost related risks;
    Have in-depth knowledge of WMS, transport systems and any other related system, understanding their functionalities, capabilities, and limitations;
    Generate ideas on how to improve critical KPIs like reducing idle time or increasing productivity, ideas that might turn into technical and operational projects;
    Observe users' behavior and generate ideas to improve flows;
    Strong collaboration with stakeholders, including business leaders, users, and development teams, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure a holistic understanding of business needs;
    Actively engage with the 3rd party vendors, ensuring effective communication, understanding project implications in all systems involved, and addressing any issues that may arise.
