Requirements

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
4-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Experience in the media, entertainment, or tech industry is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in managing supplier relationships.
Familiarity with procurement software and systems.

Skills and Competencies:
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate cost-saving opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional with 4-5 years of procurement experience to serve as the right hand of the Head of Procurement. The ideal candidate will support the leadership team in driving strategic initiatives, coordinating with country procurement specialists, and managing progress across various platforms and suppliers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Act as the primary support for the Head of Procurement in strategic planning and execution of procurement activities.
Collaborate closely with the Sourcing Officer and other stakeholders to track progress on procurement projects across multiple platforms and countries.
Coordinate and follow up with four Country Procurement Specialists to ensure consistency and alignment in procurement execution and documentation.
Manage supplier and contract databases, including drafting, reviewing, and tracking contract lifecycles and renewals.
Assist in the evaluation and improvement of procurement processes and documentation standards.
Support the Head of Procurement in preparing project reports, timelines, and tracking KPIs.
Ensure that procurement processes are followed in compliance with internal policies and operational needs.
Participate in cross-functional project teams to support business growth and new market entries.
