Requirements

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
Ability to assess market trends and supplier capabilities.
Proficiency in procurement tools and systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sourcing or procurement.
Familiarity with industry standards and procurement best practices.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Supplier Management:
Research and identify suppliers based on organizational needs.
Evaluate supplier capabilities, reliability, and alignment with company requirements.
Negotiations and Contracts:
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and service agreements.
Support the creation and management of supplier contracts.

Market Analysis and Insights:
Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
Provide actionable insights to enhance the sourcing strategy.

Strategy Implementation:
Collaborate with the Procurement Team to execute sourcing initiatives.
Contribute to cost-saving measures, supplier diversification, and sustainability efforts.

Supplier Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable and consistent supply.
Address supplier performance issues and recommend corrective actions.

Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on sourcing activities and performance metrics.
