We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.

We are seeking a Junior Software Developer to join our Software & Product Infrastructure team in Bucharest. In this role, you will develop software products, services, and modules, and provide level 3 support for complex solutions that include databases, business logic, user interfaces, and integrations. You will collaborate with an international team delivering solutions for enterprise clients worldwide, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to company standards.

• Develop well-structured, documented code aligned with company standards.
• Document system improvements and changes.
• Work effectively within a distributed team across multiple countries and time zones.
• Integrate successfully into project teams and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Plan and schedule deliveries, objectives, and milestones.
• Deliver software that meets initial requirements and manage implementation and continuous integration processes.
• Provide accurate time and effort estimates for assigned technical specifications.

• Interested in software development for internet, mobile applications, and communication technologies.
• Keen to work in an international and innovative environment.
• Familiar with software versioning tools (Git).
• Basic knowledge of Linux administration and scripting is an advantage.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (SCRUM) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency (B2 or above); additional languages are an advantage.
• Functional understanding of object-oriented programming practices.
• Basic knowledge of the software lifecycle (development, testing, integration).
• Academic knowledge or experience in software development using Java Enterprise, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, React, Angular.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML5/CSS3, XML, Web Services) and relational databases.
