What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Accounting Intern for a 6-month fixed-term period, eager to develop a solid understanding of accounting processes and financial reporting. You will work closely with the accounting team, gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day operations and financial analysis within a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Key Responsibilities / What You Will Do

• Verify and record supplier invoices in the accounting system (Oracle EBS), by cost centers and projects, on the corresponding RAS analytical accounts.
• Record expense reports.
• Support in performing checks and analyses of expenses and revenues.
• Verify supplier accounts and assist with reconciliations.
• Prepare and update reports to facilitate the reconciliation between transactions recorded in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with financial reporting deadlines (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Support in trial balance analysis.
• Perform other similar activities as requested by supervisors.

What you need to know / have:

• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Result-oriented and proactive attitude.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Resilience and ability to meet deadlines.
• Enrollment in or recent graduation from an Economics / Accounting / Financedegree program is considered an advantage.
