We are seeking a Senior Automation Agile Product Owner to join our dynamic team and lead the development of high-impact automation products.This role is pivotal in defining and maximising the value of products developed by Agile teams. What you will do- Own the end-to-end requirements management process, ensuring alignment with business, user, and technical needs.
- Collect, process, and prioritise feedback for the development team.
- Maximise product value through effective backlog management and stakeholder engagement.
- Define product vision, evolution, features, and capabilities in line with strategic objectives.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
- Ensure cohesive understanding of product goals across the team.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory standards.
- Communicate progress and updates at each development stage.
- Define and manage the product lifecycle and automation use case roadmap.
- Make daily decisions on backlog prioritisation and team communication.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, Agile frameworks, and Scrum methodology.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Software Defined Networking (SDN) and related protocols (REST, RESTCONF, NETCONF, YANG).
- Familiarity with transport IP protocols (e.g., BGP, Segment Routing, PCEP) in multivendor environments (e.g., Nokia, Juniper, Cisco).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Team-oriented mindset and cultural awareness.
- Self-starter with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Strong storytelling and leadership capabilities.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and creativity.
- Willingness to overcome challenges in a diverse, international environment.
- IP certifications (e.g., CCIE, NRS2).
- Knowledge of Networking and Transmission Technologies (e.g., DWDM, OTN) in multivendor environments (e.g., Ciena, Huawei).
- Experience with cloud architectures.
- Strategic thinking and innovation in network automation.
- Advanced stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Enhanced product lifecycle and backlog management.
- Exposure to cutting-edge SDN and cloud technologies.
