DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the bank’s technology transformation.

It is now one of Deutsche Bank’s most diverse and vibrant locations, housing close to 2,000 professionals. Bucharest teams cover a wide range of technology disciplines: software development, IT architecture, cyber security, information security, business advisory and functional analysis, quality assurance & testing, Agile, project management.

About the programme:
The Deutsche Bank Graduate Programme is a year-long comprehensive programme designed to provide you with exposure to a range of fascinating projects and ongoing professional and technical training to develop the skills you need to grow your career. You’ll feel supported by a network of peers and mentors and benefit from our global wellbeing programme.

About the role:
We offer a structured entry-level rotational programme that will equip you with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to build a long-term career as a technology professional at Deutsche Bank.
You will develop and deliver solutions to help modernize technology solutions, to reduce complexity and risk, and to drive business growth.
Depending on your rotation you will gain expertise in:
• Designing & delivering engineering solutions for our businesses and customers;
• Providing production engineering services to ensure the safety and reliability of our technology;
• Analyzing business data within DB to inform plans and deliveries;
• Using standard design patterns for strategic DB frameworks like Fabric, Autobahn, GLUE.

Responsabilitati

What we look for:
We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent communication skills. They have degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. Our comprehensive training programmes will give you all the technical knowledge you’ll need to build a career with us.
To be eligible for the 2025 Graduate Programme you must:
• Be student in the final year of Bachelor’s studies or above.
• Be able to start full time work in July 2026, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements.
• Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience.
