    Requirements

    • Proven experience (2–5 years) in B2B field sales, ideally within the construction or paints/coatings industry.
    • Strong client network among developers, construction companies, or architects.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in building relationships.
    • Technical understanding of construction materials or coatings is a plus.
    • Valid driving license and availability for frequent travel.
    • Good command of English (both written and spoken).

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and approach potential clients within the residential, commercial, and industrial construction sectors.
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients (developers, contractors, architects, designers, distributors).
    • Promote the company’s full range of paints, coatings, and related solutions to meet customer and project requirements.
    • Conduct regular field visits to construction sites and client offices to follow up on ongoing and future projects.
    • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
    • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms of delivery in line with company policies and profit targets.
    • Collaborate closely with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor market trends, competition activities, and potential opportunities in assigned regions.
    • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans.
    • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and professional events.

    Monthly salary offered

    6000 - 6800RON
