Assistant Buyer (Flip)

What you'll have to do:

• Update data (supplier files and items files);
• Ensure the accuracy of the data concerning suppliers and items;
• Follow-up on the different contracts concluded with suppliers.
• Ensure that all orders are sent in due time, according to internal procedures
• Data analysis
• Collaborate with other teams
• Organizing deliveries (request bills, communicate with suppliers and branches, contact forwarding agents and order, inform the warehouse)
• Tracking orders and order status
• Maintain accurate and compelling product information.

• Ability to work across organizations and in a challenging environment
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Teamwork oriented but yet independent.
• Proficiency in English.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, good command of excel).

• Easily adaptable to change
