    Seller Marketing Director

    Own the end-to-end marketing strategy that attracts, converts, and nurtures professional sellers--both in the platform's home markets Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, and from expansion corridors across the EU and Asia. The Seller Marketing Director builds the marketplace's reputation among merchants, continually feeds high-quality leads to "hunting" (acquisition) teams, and drives engagement and loyalty of existing sellers through compelling programs and communications.

    What you'll have to do:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Seller Lead Generation ("Hunting Fuel")

    • Annual/quarterly lead-gen plan by country & category
    • Demand-gen mix (paid search, social, programmatic, affiliate, marketplaces, channel partners) optimised for Qualified Seller Leads (QSL) and Cost-per-Seller Lead (CPSL)

    Marketplace Brand & Reputation

    • Define seller value proposition and proof points (fees, logistics, traffic, support)
    • PR, advertorial, thought-leadership, testimonials, case studies
    • Track Seller Brand Awareness & Consideration via panel or CRM surveys

    Seller Program Communication

    • Launch calendars for promos, subsidy schemes, cross-border programs
    • Lifecycle nudges (onboarding -> ramp-up -> growth -> re-activation) via email, WhatsApp, in-app, webinars

    Events & Partnerships

    • Flagship Seller Summit, trade-show booths, roadshows, live streams
    • Co-marketing with logistics, payments, SaaS, chambers of commerce

    Content & Enablement

    • Playbooks, video tutorials, certification courses
    • Knowledge base & community forums

    Analytics & MarTech

    • Own seller-funnel dashboards (MQL -> SQL -> Activated -> GMV ramp-up)
    • Segment sellers by size, maturity, category

    Team Leadership

    • Hire, coach, and mentor channel owners and regional marketing managers

    What makes you a good fit: 

    Experience

    • 10+ years B2B or marketplace marketing; 5+ years at senior/lead level
    • Proven cross-border lead-gen in Europe and/or Asia; familiarity with Amazon, Allegro, AliExpress, Lazada, Flipkart, etc.
    • Mastery of performance marketing, marketing automation/CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze), and event marketing
    • Demonstrated brand-building for a two-sided platform or SaaS product
    • Bachelor's (min.) in Marketing, Business, Communications; MBA a plus
    • Fluent English; additional EU or Asian language(s) an advantage

    • Data-driven & ROI-focused; comfortable with SQL/BI dashboards
    • Storyteller able to translate platform features into merchant value

    • Agility: thrives in scale-up pace, iterates on experiments, learns fast
