o Preparation and dispatch of invoices (series and samples) for development and services, as well as special topics at the Regensburg and Nuremberg sites

o Processing bookings and supporting for receivables management

o Alignments with internal and external contacts regarding all invoicing-related matters

o Maintenance and administration of SAP data, particularly related to shipping orders, delivery notes, and invoices

o Creation and maintenance of customer master data

o Preparation of monitoring reports and analyses on current processing and invoicing status

o Archiving all relevant documents in the ELO tool

• Degree in business administration, accounting, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in accounting, sales, controlling or business development can be an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office, in particular very good knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Good knowledge of SAP can be an advantage
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken, German language skills would be an advantage
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail for reports and analyses.
• Teamwork and communication skills combined with cultural sensitivity.
• Independent working style
• Strong implementation skills, initiative, flexibility, and customer focus.
