• Realize Supplier Sustainability targets within PTC Purchasing, supported by regional teams.
• Responsible for steering progress and transparency of KPIs, targets and requirements regarding Supplier Sustainability within PTC Purchasing.
• Develop and implement a supplier sustainability roadmap for PTC Purchasing based on Corporate Supplier Sustainability targets and strategy.
• Develop and implement a framework of category-specific emission reduction measures and drive suppliers emission reduction roadmap in close collaboration with Category Managers, SMAs and Material Experts.
• Support PCF collection and verification process from suppliers according to Schaeffler framework.
• Support human rights due diligence processes and coordination of escalations in case of suppliers non-compliance.
• Responsible for sustainability-criteria assessment during sourcing approval process; key user of sustainability tools.
• Support STA negotiation, regular review and target tracking.

• Academic degree (bachelor or higher).
• Minimum 5 years professional experience within Purchasing/SCM or Sustainability.
• Deep knowledge of ESG criteria and sustainability framework in the Automotive Industry.
• Experience in project management and international collaboration preferred.
• Negotiation and communication skills, fluent English.
